Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.
Early check-in and late check-out are charged as an additional day. There is no hourly rental.
Strictly prohibited:
Make noise on weekdays after 20:00, and on weekends and holidays after 18:00.
To bring or invite guests. The flat can accommodate only the number of people specified in the booking.
Upon check-in, guests must provide a passport, which will be photographed.
The deposit is from RUB 3000.00 to RUB 5000.00 for the observance of silence, cleanliness and order. It is paid upon check-in.
The guests' duties at check-out are:
- to wash the dishes after themselves.
- to take out the trash.
- to return the furniture to its place if it has been rearranged for convenience.
The deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation.
According to the agreement, which is concluded upon check-in, flats are rented exclusively to persons over 30 years of age. If, at the time of check-in, the persons being settled are less than 30 years old, or the number of people being settled is more than indicated in the booking, check-in will be refused.
