For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. A deposit is charged, which is returned on the day of departure if there are no violations. A one-time fee for final cleaning is charged. Accommodation with animals is not allowed in all apartments, it is necessary to clarify the possibility, cost and conditions in advance.
