The Dendrarium, theaters, museums, concert halls, and restaurants are also close by. The airport, train stations, and Krasnaya Polyana are accessible by transport. At the flat

The residential complex is secured with a closed territory. There is free outdoor parking and a paid covered parking garage for cars up to 150 cm high. Guests have access to a heated swimming pool (available from May to November), a gym, a kids' club, a lounge area, children's and sports playgrounds.

The apartment covers 130 sq.m. and accommodates up to 10 guests. A baby crib is available upon request. The apartment includes three bathrooms, two terraces with furniture, and panoramic windows offering views of the sea and mountains.
