The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 21:00. An additional set of linen is paid separately — RUB 500.00. Early check-in or check-out is possible upon request. To check in, guests must have with them: a passport for concluding a contract and an insurance deposit in the amount of RUB 5000.00-10000.00. The security deposit is refunded after the inspection of the facility, but not before the completion of cleaning on the day of departure, if departure was no later than 15:00, or during the day, if departure was later than 15:00. The accommodation facility cooperates with individuals and legal entities and accepts all types of payments. For legal entities, non-cash payment is made to the organization's account. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment network, as well as noisy events and parties. A fine of RUB 5000.00 is charged for violations of the rules of accommodation. Working hours are from 09:00 to 20:00, so check—in and check-out between 20:00 and 09:00 are additionally charged in the amount of RUB 1000.00.
