The apartment features tiled floors, with heating available only during the heating season. A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded after the final cleaning. If any damages to the property or hard-to-remove stains are identified, the deposit amount may be withheld. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Violation of this rule will result in the deposit being used to cover professional cleaning costs. Guests are requested to take out their trash before check-out.
