Superior Single room

This is a newer hotel closer to the airport. Bedding was perfect & mattress comfortable. I love the double shower: rain/handle shower. Love that the hotel is pet friendly & close to the airport when you have to take an early morning flight. I only ate once, but dinner was good. Also enjoyed hanging out at the pool, it's not large, but worked for us. I would definitely stay again. Hotel was spotless Staff was extremely welcoming & friendly. Forgot to mention the free shuttle service to & from the airport.

Some annoying guest got upset that my 5 & 8lbs Yorkie swam in the pool for a bit to cool off. Mexican sun is hot & they were hot. I was told by reception they can't swim in the pool, but yet paid a fee for them to stay at the hotel. My dogs are more vaccinated than some people. This should not have been an issue. My dogs weren't bothering anyone & were only in the pool for a short period. Please be more flexible with dogs at the pool especially if they aren't aggressive. The guy complaining was more aggressive than my sweet puppies. RELAX GUY..we are on vacation.

El desayuno fue excelente, una amplia variedad, un chef dispuesto a preparte algunos platillos en frente de ti, todo muy organizado, limpio, fresco y delicioso. Nada que quejarse. El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento, y piscina, OK. Aunque no se encuentra cerca de playas y su ubicación es retirada, esta ok si llevas tu propio transporte para movilizarte. El hotel ofrece transporte hacia el areopuerto hasta las 2PM, luego debes pagar por tu cuenta un taxi o otra opción los cuales van desde los 30 USD en adelante. Muy buena, aire acondicionado ok, cama ok, luces ok, tv ok, el baño esta organizado de una manera particular porque la puerta bloquea el sanitario pero en general esta ok. todo ok

Que el transporte hasta el areopuerto sea unicamente hasta las 2PM
