Hotel doesn't clean beach of seaweed.

The hotel had a beautiful beach and was located in a peaceful portion of the hotel zone. The people outside who help with getting taxis are really nice.

The package is not actually all inclusive. There are different tiers of inclusivity which we were not made aware of before reaching the hotel and therefore had to pay for things like room service. The quality of the food was not that great and was rather bland. It was like eating at a hospital. The hours for restaurants and bars are not 24x7. Not all restaurants are open every day and they do not stay open at night. There is one beach shack open through the night and it is terrible. Alcohol is not served after 1am. Most of the alcohol is pretty watered down anyways. The worst part was that the plumbing in Tower A broke down on our last night there and so the toilets, shower and tap did not work. We had to use the public restrooms in the hotel and were issued a room for 30 minutes to shower. They refused to move us to another room for the night. The beach chairs are slightly uncomfortable because they are flimsy. Also note, the north side of the zona hotelera has very calm water with small to nonexistent waves. If you want a beach with nicer waves, stay on the east facing side.

Muy malo el servicio, el personal te atiende de mala manera, la comida horrible, llovía dentro de la habitación nos cambiaron a otra y también llovía nos cambiaron a una tercera y también llovía dentro. Un desastre muy mala la limpieza. No lo recomiendo para nada Muy malo el servicio, los restorant de reserva la Atención es mala y la comida muy común y mal cocida Nos cambiaron a 3 habitaciones un día de Lucía y entraba agua en las tres una verguenza Muy mala solo tendían la cama Muy malo todo

Еда хорошая! Всегда разнообразно, можно найти все от знакомых макарошек до тушеных кактусов. Вкусная безалкогольная пина-колада в баре у бассейна. Дети тащились от мороженого и от какао со льдом и сливками в кофейне. В принципе все себе еду найдут по душе. В целом отель для внутренних туристов, русских видела пару семей. Уборка в номерах каждый день хорошая. Бассейны чистые на первый взгляд. Лежаков на пляже много.

Сначала дали какой-то номер жутковатый с животными, нарисованными на темно-зеленых стенах. И под окном сильно шумела вытяжка от какого-то заведения. Я сразу спустилась вниз и попросила поменять номер из-за шума, они меня не очень поняли,подумали что я про кондиционер,но поменяли. Второй номер был светлым и ничего не гудело под окном. Мебель видавшая виды,но если сильно не придираться,то норм. Несколько раз размагничивались ключи от номера,приходилось идти на ресепшн лишний раз. Море в заливе как бы,не такое лазурное как представляешь в Мексике,есть водоросли,их убирают,но они копятся все равно.

The White Box buen restaurant, la play esta miy bien, el trato excelente, el equipo de actividades muy amables, personal de limpieza muy atentos.

Esta fue la segunda vez en el hotel, anteriormente la comida era mucho mejor, esta vez la comida estaba malisima incluyendo los restaurantes de especialidades, el único aue recomiendo es The White Box, pero todos los demas no valen la pena, aparte si llevan niños no hay muchas opciones ya que la mayoria de las areas del hotel son para adultos incluyendo los restaurantes. La temperatura en las albercas es muy fria, ahorita existen muchas alternativas solares y que son muy económicas. muy lento el servicio en los restaurantes de snacks las filas son muy largas, les falta personal y cocina para acelerar el servicio. Igual los bares en las albercas habia filas muy largas. Estuve reportando el telefono y frigobar durante 3 dias en recepción al fin los arreglaron cuando ya nos ibamos.

Muy regular, muy repetitiva

La infraestructura y las instalaciones son buenas, tienen actividades y el trato del personal es bueno pero haciendo un paréntesis con la gente de recepción que te hacen esperar para checking mas de dos horas.

La comida es regular, hay muy pocos restaurantes buenos. La mayoría son 5 puntos y su carta de menú es corta y mala. Los mejores restaurantes siempre para llenos y eso que es temporada baja. El aseo y la higiene deja mucho que desear, el agua que sale del grifo huele terriblemente mal, aveces sale color marrón... terrible terrible, cuando preguntas nadie te sabe dar razón. Pero es obvio que el motivo es que usan agua de la laguna y la intentan purificar. A mi esposa le robaron los lentes de un restaurante, los dejamos y cuando regresamos ya no estaban, nadie sabia nada. mala experiencia.

Очень приветливый, услужливый персонал, всегда готовый придти на помощь. Кухня разнообразная, практически на любой вкус.

Глубина воды в зоне купания очень небольшая (хотя для детей это даже хорошо). Никто из персонала не знает русского языка, так что необходимо знание английского хотя бы на уровне разговорника (ну или испанского)!
