Location and view. Pool is nice but needs a little tile work. Staff is pleasant.

I actually like this hotel but had a bad experience. I have stayed here several times. I booked a room for an extra night because I had a flight delay and thought i would be stuck in Cancun. I ended up being able to get another flight and they did not refund my money for the one night!! I am highly upset as i tried cancel within a hour of booking and the hotel was LITERALLY EMPTY! I had stayed there for 2 nights before and the pool area was empty the whole time! No one bothered to offer service when i was by the pool, had to get up and request service by the pool. The tiles are coming up in the pool so i hope they repair it soon. The towels could have been cleaner/newer and it doesn't appear they wipe down everything in the room when they clean which is important during a pandemic. My toilet didn't work in my first room but was able to move to another room. Air conditioner is loud too but depends on how much time you're going to spend in the room.

The hotel is very new and nice. Location is excellent and very convenient. Attention from the staff is very good as well.

When ordering food at the roof top you have to be a bit pacient. To get the food served takes a little more than ussual... 40 mins or so.

Solo un detalle menor con el primer recepcionista que aseguraba que no tenía reservación con un mal gesto tuve que mostrarle mi reserva en mi teléfono para que volviera a corroborar
