For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in outside standard check-in hours is possible by agreement. A deposit is paid upon arrival. If no damage was caused to the house during check-out, the deposit will be refunded within 3 hours after cleaning before 16:00. An agreement is concluded upon check-in. Washing dishes is additionally charged in the amount of 500.00 RUB. If dirty dishes are left, the service is activated automatically and deducted from the deposit. No smoking in the house: cigarettes, hookah, sticks, vape, etc. Fine — RUB 5000.00. Check-in with animals is strictly by agreement. There is a surcharge of RUB 1000.00 for dogs.
