An additional bed is provided in the form of a fold-out sofa (sofa size 150 cm by 160 cm). An additional bed is provided for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per day. Registered guests may stay in the rooms until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM and until 07:00 AM, only registered guests specified in the booking may stay in the room. If additional cleaning work is required in the room, the cost is paid by the guest. The initial cost of additional cleaning is RUB 3000.00. Guests are asked to avoid using confetti, glitter, flower petals, firecrackers, and to handle dishes and drinks with care. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, heaters, vaporizers and hookahs on the hotel premises is prohibited in accordance with Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23.02.2013. A fee of RUB 13000.00 is charged for smoking, which covers the cost of restorative cleaning. The hotel may use the guest's deposit to pay for the costs of restoring the pre-sale condition of the room or to provide compensation to disturbed guests. Violation of the above points will result in unilateral termination of the hotel services agreement without a refund.
